This frame will fit standard 12" x 6" license plates used in USA, Canada, and Mexico. Screws are not included. This frame is legal to use in all states and provinces.
The frame is non-rusting, dent-proof, and light weight. It is plastic wrapped and shipped First-Class Mail. Two or more frames are shipped via Priority Mail to the U.S.
